Clinic Services
Optimal SP clinicians are able to provide rehabilitation programs to a comprehensive caseload in our services to Advance Rehabilitation Centre. We also work with the team at ENT Care Sydney in managing voice and swallowing disorders.
Mobile and Telehealth Services
Valid treatment programs need to extend beyond the clinic environment to consider all aspects of the communication or swallowing context. We provide assessment, training and intervention in diverse community contexts including group homes, private homes and local community settings.
We can provide solutions for assessment and management of:
Swallowing disorders
Language problems (aphasia)
Memory problems
Literacy (acquired reading and writing disorders)
Motor speech difficulties (dysarthria)
Voice dysfunction
Cognitive communication disorders

There is no mandated fee schedule for Speech Pathology. Please contact us for a service quotation at the time of your enquiry. We encourage you to contact your health fund to determine the level of rebate for Speech Pathology Assessment and Treatment as gap payments will apply for outpatient services.
In some cases complex needs are supported by a Care Plan which requires referral by your GP prior to your first appointment. This will contribute to up to five treatment sessions per annum. We regularly provide services to Workers Compensation clients, clients managed by the Lifetime Care and Support Authority, clients accessing Support at Home program, and NDIS participants.
